About Me

I am a PhD researcher at the RTG “Dimensions of Constructional Space” and interested in how language is acquired, processed, and represented in the mind. In my project (project 8 of the second cohort), I am investigating how the acquisition and development of literacy affects adults’ and children’s constructional knowledge. The research involves corpus linguistic methods to uncover the distributional patterns of the targeted constructions, which is the basis for testing how these patterns are reflected in speakers’ language processing through experimental methods.
